4) When providing necessary private information to a consigned office for information updating and such purposes(Only in effect when the consigned office is mentioned and recorded again)
5)When user activity is misused under the usage rules and individual guidelines, and such activity is viewed to disrupt the rights, moneys, and services of S road.
